this is a place for my public stuff.  some is here for practical purposes,
some purely self indulgence.  i'm not telling which is which.  it's all in
a *wiki* - ZWiki.  that reduces the effort for me to grow what's
here, and for visitors, including you, to navigate and, should the occasion
arise, comment.
